Training Opportunities

Graduate

Students interested in pursuing a MA, M.Sc. or Ph.D. are encouraged to contact Dr. Gagliese via email. Graduate Programs with the Cancer Pain Research Unit are available through York University School of Kinesiology & Health Science. Please visit http://www.yorku.ca/health/kine for more details.

Graduate students in the Cancer Pain Research Unit have the unique opportunity to receive training from York University, the University Health Network and the University of Toronto Centre for the Study of Pain (UTCSP). In these settings, we collaborate with internationally recognized clinical and research experts in Psychosocial Oncology and Palliative Care, Survivorship, Anaesthesia and Pain Management, and Medical and Surgical Oncology. Students attend various research and clinical rounds and UTCSP Pain Day. Students also have the opportunity to present their study findings at Behavioural Sciences and Health Research Rounds.
